1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how The Budner Performance Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on budnerpg.com and any successor or related sites (the "Sites"). Read it alongside our Global Privacy Statement, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let a site recognize your device, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags and local storage. This policy refers to all of them as cookies.

First-party cookies are set by budnerpg.com. Third-party cookies are set by another organization whose service we use, such as an analytics provider.

3. Your choices

Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the Sites cannot function without them.

We ask for your consent before setting analytics cookies. A banner appears on your first visit. You can accept or decline, and you can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing carried out before you withdrew it.

You can also control or delete cookies through your browser, as described in Section 6.

4. Categories of cookies we use

The categories below describe how we treat each type of cookie. Section 5 states which of them are actually in use today.

We keep this section current. If you find a cookie on the Sites that is not described here, tell us through the contact form and we will correct it.

6. Managing cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Sites from working. Instructions are published by each browser vendor for Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox and mobile operating systems.

Some browsers send "do not track" signals. There is no accepted industry standard for responding to them and we do not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where applicable law requires it.

7. Legal basis and international users

We set non-essential cookies only with your consent, obtained before the cookie is placed. We apply this standard to every visitor worldwide, including visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and other jurisdictions with equivalent rules. No non-essential cookie is set on the Sites today. Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functioning website. You may withdraw consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link, with no effect on processing carried out before withdrawal.

Cookie data may be transferred to the United States and other countries. Section 9 of our Global Privacy Statement explains the transfer safeguards that apply in each region.
