Three programs. Each one built to close a specific gap.
Key Account Growth, Lateral Partner Integration and New Partner Integration are structured, measured and built to keep working after we leave.
Key Account Growth
Deepen and protect the relationships that matter most. We build a structured account plan with named owners, a client review that starts the work and decision points along the way, so growth is managed rather than left to chance.
A working account plan with named owners and clear next steps.
A client review cadence that keeps the relationship moving.
Measurable growth in the relationship over twelve months.
Lateral Partner Integration
Make new partners productive faster and protect the revenue they were hired to bring. A twelve-month system connects them across the firm and turns a costly hire into a lasting one.
A connected partner with a working business development plan.
Measurable progress on their book within the first year.
A firm that has a repeatable system for integrating future hires.
New Partner Integration
For lawyers newly promoted into the partnership. We help them step into the client-ownership and business-development side of the role from the start, rather than learning it by trial and error.
A partner who owns client relationships from day one.
A working plan to grow those relationships over the first year.
The habits and accountability that make growth a normal part of the practice.
How We Work
Each program follows the same three-part structure: experience it, learn it, apply it. Implementation consultants stay through the apply phase so behavior changes in front of real clients, not just in a workshop.
Experience it
Participants work a realistic, high-stakes case together, making the calls and trade-offs in real time.
Learn it
A taught curriculum gives them the methods and the language to repeat the result.
Apply it
Implementation consultants meet with partners and teams every month to put the plan and the new skills to work on live matters.
Common questions
How long do programs run?
Each program runs for twelve months. That is how long it takes for new behavior to become habit and show up in firm revenue.
Who delivers the programs?
Craig Budner leads every engagement. Anna Tichborne is our lead co-trainer.
Can programs run concurrently?
Yes. Many firms run Key Account Growth and Lateral Partner Integration at the same time. We sequence the work so the programs reinforce each other.
Do you work with professional services firms outside law?
Yes. The same systems apply wherever partnership economics run the business. We calibrate the program to your firm's specific economics and culture.
